Terms of use
Last updated 30 September 2026
The short version. IVFComputer is a tool for running a fertility clinic. It records and organises information; it does not practise medicine. Every clinical decision stays with the doctor. The records belong to the clinic, and the clinic can take them away at any time.
Who provides this
IVFComputer is provided by Dhruv AI Labs LLP, Room -1 GR, Cosmos Gardens, Mandpeshwar Road, Mandapeshwar, M H B Colony Police Station, Borivali West, Mumbai 400103, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Dhruv AI Labs LLP.
Who these terms are for
They apply to clinics that subscribe, to the staff a clinic gives accounts to, and to patients who use the patient app. Where a clinic has signed a separate written agreement with us and it says something different, that agreement wins.
It is not medical advice
IVFComputer shows information and highlights patterns in a clinic's own records. It does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and it does not decide anything about a patient's treatment.
Every clinical decision is the doctor's. Nothing the software shows removes that responsibility or replaces the doctor's judgement.
For patients: what you see in the patient app is a copy of what your clinic has recorded. It is not advice, and it is not a substitute for speaking to your doctor. If you feel unwell, contact your clinic or seek medical help. Do not rely on the app in an emergency.
The clinic's responsibilities
- Give an account only to people entitled to see patient records, and take it away when they leave.
- Keep logins private. Anything done with an account is treated as done by the person it belongs to.
- Have the patient's consent before putting their information in, and before sending them messages.
- Keep the records true and up to date. We record what is entered; we cannot know whether it is correct.
- Meet the legal duties that fall on the clinic — registers, returns, consents, retention. The software helps; it does not take on your obligations.
What we will do
- Keep the service running and reasonably available, and tell you in advance about planned maintenance.
- Keep records encrypted and separated from other clinics'.
- Give you a full copy of your records whenever you ask, in a form you can use elsewhere.
- Tell you promptly if your records are ever exposed.
We do not promise the service will never be interrupted. Things break, and providers we rely on occasionally fail.
Whose records these are
The clinic's records belong to the clinic and its patients. Not to us. We do not sell them and do not share them for advertising. Neither we nor our suppliers use patients' medical records to train artificial intelligence models. Where a clinic switches on the features that use artificial intelligence, what is sent and to whom is set out in the privacy policy.
The software itself — the code, the design, the name — remains ours.
Messages
IVFComputer can send messages to patients on the clinic's behalf, over WhatsApp and email. The clinic decides what goes out and to whom, and is responsible for having consent. A patient can stop them at any time by replying STOP or by telling the clinic.
Paying
Fees, the billing period and notice are set out in the clinic's own agreement with us. If an invoice goes a long way past due we may suspend access, but we will warn you first and we will not delete your records because of an unpaid bill.
Stopping
- A clinic may stop at any time, with the notice in its agreement.
- On leaving, we give you a complete copy of your records.
- We then delete our copies within 90 days, and backups clear within a further 35 days.
- We may suspend an account immediately if it is being used to break the law or to put patients at risk.
Where we draw the line on liability
We are responsible for running the software properly. We are not responsible for clinical decisions, for information entered incorrectly, or for a clinic's own legal duties.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees that clinic paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not permit us to limit.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and change the date. For a change that matters, we will tell clinics directly and give reasonable notice.
Which law applies
Indian law, with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
